The problem
A community football league needs a place where supporters can follow the competition and teams can find out how to take part. Ijesa Kingdom League brings those needs together around a shared identity rooted in Ijesaland.
The approach
The website connects the practical side of a league with the community behind it. Matches, standings, clubs and news sit alongside the league's story, with clear routes for teams, volunteers and partners to get involved.
The build
- —A football-led homepage introduces the league and connects visitors to matchday information, news and community participation.
- —Dedicated pages organise fixtures and results, league standings and clubs, with clear empty states ahead of the published schedule.
- —League news and an Our Story page give the competition a home beyond the scoreline.
- —Participation pages guide teams, volunteers and partners towards the league. While online team registration is coming soon, teams can contact the organisers about entering.
The outcome
The website is live at ijesakingdomleague.com for the 2026/2027 season, giving the league a public home for its launch, news and community participation. Fixtures will appear when the league publishes its schedule.
