The problem
As a company grows, employee records and everyday HR tasks become harder to manage across spreadsheets and separate tools. CustemHR brings those activities into a shared system for people and workforce management.
The approach
The product brings employee records, management dashboards and internal communication together, with integrations connecting the business tools a team already uses. This gives people operations a common workspace as the organisation grows.
